Ch. 2, PART 4: Can You Be a Socially Distant Lawyer and Still Go to a Conference?

So, this isn’t an “age-old question,” but can you be a Socially Distant Lawyer and still go to in-person conferences? We know things have changed in our industry, but for how long? Your SDL recently attended the Magna Conference (always entertaining) in Las Vegas and now is headed to the CLM Annual Conference in Palm Desert.

I have some initial thoughts on this issue, but your SDL will attend this CLM Annual Conference (which, full disclosure, the firm sponsors) and promptly report back.

Right now, I am just trying to get down whether it’s still a fist bump or back to a handshake?
